E85 manual trans and diff fulid capacities?

I want to change the fluid in 5 speed manual transmission and the differential of my 2003 2.5i.

For the transmission, I plan to run GM synchromesh in the transmission as I have had very good luck with it in the past (in both GM and Ford manual transmissions). I'm finding that when the transmission gets hot, I get A LOT of gear noise from the transmission and it becomes a little harder to shift (syncros don't work as well). This is consistent with past experience of what happens when old transmission oil getting thin when hot. The GM synchromesh has always solved these issues in the past, so I'm going to give it a run first.

For the differential, the car has about 115,000 miles and the rearend fluid has never been changed. It just seems like a good maintenance idea while I'm doing engine and transmission oil changes. I was going to use a standard Mobil 1 75W-90 gear oil in the diff. Since these are not LSD, it shouldn't need any additives correct?

So, how much fluid do I need for each?

Thanks,
Chris
