E85 luggage / duffel

As my month draws to a close, (I'm "Mr. November" in the calendar. Humor me- I'll probably never get to say THAT again! :) ) I've been thinking of getting something for the Z for Christmas. A gift for myself, basically.

I'm looking for a large leather duffel, or actually two duffels, for weekend getaways. I will measure the trunk to see what my options are, but was wondering what y'all use, if you bought one or more leather duffel bags. The duffel is less rigid than a suitcase, which will form to the contours of the trunk and maximize space. Something like this:

We bought 2 duffle bags that fit in the boot and also leave space for other small bags. They work because as you say they aren't ridged like suit cases. The ones we use look vey similar to this, I think we paid about £15 each in one of those travel shops, but you can buy them on Amazon:

Our packing for the last holiday - the 2 duffle bags are underneath that lot. It all fitted - plus a bag of groceries :)

Suppose it depends upon the purpose to be away. For business trips home and overseas I actually go with a single large rigid case that easily fits in the boot.
If a weekend away the same case, but for the Mrs is she needs dresses, etc. they go in a suiter on top of the case.

For more muddy weekends suitcase and all the boots and stuff in squashy bags at the sides.
We're spoilt with the huge boot in the Zed considering it's a 2 seater sports car

Absolutely - here is what you get in the F-Type roadster. I love the car and would consider it one day in the distant future if only it wasn't for that shallow boot - don't think I could live with it

I've got a Beretta duffle for when I go to the 'Ring.

It fits nicely into mine behind my trolley dolly wheeled case (which itself fits perfectly into the gap between the battery on the RHS and the suspension strut on the LHS), then my iMac computer bag goes flat over the top of both. Finally I have my detailing bag (just for cleaning the windscreen & getting bugs off) and some spares/accessories.

Not bad for a 'tiny' boot

Poor Henry. I hope you left him a Hetty for company, while you were off enjoying your self.
