E85 indicators flashing double speed, warning light on.

Hello, my first post, just bought a Z4 this year, having a few electrical problems.
Occasionally the right turn signals flash at double speed, and the dash lamp warning light illuminates.
Externally all the lights seem to be operative and the turn indicators work as normal with the hazard light switch on.
Possibly the floor module?
Please advise?

If it's intermittent, then you may simply have a dodgy bulb/connection somewhere.

Unless you happen to catch the offending bulb immediately, you'll have to take each one out and check I'm afraid.

Note that there are two front signal bulbs

I’ve got the same problem on mine. Not got around to doing the bulbs so would be interested to hear if you manage to sort it.

Reviving this thread, I did find and fix the problem. I was the front turn signal, 2 bulbs each side and a poor connection on one of them.
Awkward to access too.

Wow! Kudos for coming back over two years later with an update.
I'd like to think that wasn't the time you spent fault-finding it??

Haha, got around to fixing it last year during lockdown.
Replaced discs & pads while I was at it.
