So I’ve had my Z for about a week and I’ve finally gotten around to actually playing with my sound system. I know it has the upgraded sound system however this thing actually sounds really good for its age.
I’m not an audiophile but I know a good enough sound system. My other car is a Jaguar which has the meridian surround 825W and 13 speakers plus a subwoofer and that is really good very deep base and has DSP which means clarity is also extremely good.
It’s not really a fair comparison but the Z4 certainly isn’t a million miles away as far as I can tell the bass lacks on the lower end and clarity is also lacking but that’s to be expected. But for a small car with not ideal conditions (soft top) it’s really good for what it is!
