E85 Headlight issue

Hi
I have been having an issue with my passengers side headlight not working, the lamp isnt broken beacause i have tried it in the drivers side light.
The motor that levels the light isnt working but i am not sure if its getting power to it!
Has anyone experienced this before and has any one got a wiring diagram?
Any help would be appreciated!!

I believe your issue is down to rubbing wires and a bit of corrosion. I've fixed this issue on another zed already.

Is it just the headlight? i.e full beam and indicators working? If so:

Basically, the headlight feed (passenger side) seems to rub on the arch liner etc, to be able to see what's going on, remove the wheel, take the flap out that replaces the bulb, and follow the wire back from the plastic. Look over it quite well and you SHOULD find a split. It might not be obvious due to dirt, but you should notice the insulation tape has given up somewhere along the run.

Once you've located it, you need to find some wire of a similar size, two little connector blocks, and then cut the wire out and put it bit back in. Then re-wrap the whole thing in insulatuing tape.

Where in the country are you? If you're local I don't mind taking a look and sorting it.
