- E85 Hard top.

Black carbon-fibre wrapped, looks like the soft top as not shiny (photo taken after washing, so a bit more shine than when dry). Excludes the car - should anyone wonder. Couple of very small nicks in the plastic wrap, showing a silver top underneath (probably stone 'chips'). Could be touched up easily - I haven't so new buyer can see for themselves. I believe there is no damage to the top, but clearly cannot see through the black wrap! Heated rear screen simply plugs in and works OK.
Used for two winters (50k miles) and was perfect and much quieter on motorway! Selling complete with storage cover/bag and proper BMW trolley. Includes spanner plus plastic cover. Option of overhead monorail for storing roof in your garage roof will be offered to buyer of the top - details/photos on request. Buyer to collect (South Shropshire). Offered to the true Z fans before it goes on ebay etc. £900. Call or message on 07768 721 400

Hey The Beer Hunter, got your PM, thanks for the response. Apparently I cannot use PM yet. :headbang: I still couldn't get a Z4, the sale flopped with one I checked out last Friday. I'm still on the hunt, and I will be in touch in case you still have this by the time I become a Z4 owner. Cheers :)

Shame we’re not in the same country otherwise I’d be after this. Shipping would be huge and take months I would imagine. Rare as hens teeth over here in NZ.

Surely can't be that bad ordering direct from the USA?

They are hard to buy in USA as well and freight is still expensive due to the dimensions. The trifecta is that sea freight from the US is diabolically slow at the moment and ships sitting offshore waiting to get into our ports. Some ships are bypassing NZ because of port delays. Airfreight seems fine, fedex just delivered a suspension refresh kit from Pelican parts in 6 days straight to my home.

Oh man, I've seen the hard tops go for well over $4-5K in the USA to include freight shipping. The prices are insane here for a hard top in good condition!

Might be worth making some!

No, but thinking about putting it on Ebay, so good timing!
Would’ve been snapped up here in NZ if one came up for sale. Pity there wasn’t an easy way to get it here grr.

Haha, great idea, maybe I look out for a boat that looks like a hard top and make it fit. There was something like a coracle that migh5 work
