E85 front PDC

Question- was front Park Distance specifiable as an optional extra on the E85, or only aftermarket dealer fit?

I've only ever seen two E85s with front PDC - both retrofit, one belonged to IRD on here, and the other is my son's zed, that I fitted. Not available as an option as far as I'm aware.

It was never available as factory option.

Lots of kits out there, in fact I have one. Just spray the sensors body colour. Not so easy to get the wiring into the cabin though.

Is converting a non-PDC rear bumper simply a case of putting on another bumper with PDC fitted; is the loom/module pre-installed on non-PDC cars?

Easier, I think the holes are marked out, just drill them. As for the loom, that may depend on the build date.

Not on the outside of the bumper (well, not on mine), so that still means taking it off and putting it on the bench; spending £100 on a nice secondhand bumper, with all the bits already installed/done is a far more preferable option for me.
