That was my concern too, but can some of the projector parts from my 2003 ginger xenons can be swapped over to make them "UK style"
 
The projector housings can be removed from the headlight housing. As a result, it should be possible to swap in RHD projector housings and make them work on a RHD vehicle (it's just the cutoff shields are cut differently/backwards).

If this is the case, can someone please confirm as I have first refusal on the lights :)

Yes, pre-facelift projectors from RHD lights would be a straight and quick swap.
