Its titanium silver & power fold but they can just as easily fold manually so can replace either styles .
Came to me with parts broken ( i was aware) but those have now been replaced & the unit is now complete & ready to bolt on .
Cover & housing condition are both very good as pics show .
I also have a matching passenger shell cover in ti silver should someone be tempted to go with the silver mirror look like the 35is has ?
