I know many owners of roady & coupe including the M are running after market alloys .
Feel free to offer up pics preferrably with wheel brand & sizes , this should help those considering similar move to see the different wheel styles on the Z as with certain alloys it can be difficult making a choice ?

I'l kick off with my 2003 Se on 18inch Calibre CCs / 8j et 32 front / 9j et 35 rear

& current ZM on Axe CS Lite Hyper black 19inch 8,5 et 35 fronts 9.5 et 27 rears

Hi John , welcome to the forum :) always good to hear from local fellas enjoying their Z4 in hard or soft top
The CCs should look good on your coupe , will we be seeing any pics of the car  always well received on here
Couple of other Z owners close by also , if you ever fancy a drive out just say

Well I would post pics if I had any idea how to do it , tried bucket shop ,, nope ,, tried Vimeo ,, nope ,, I usually use my iPad to come on here , maybe that has something to do with it , any ideas on what software to use ? On another subject , which local garages and tyre places would you recommend to do any work that needs doing , I have a BMW specialist garage just up the road from me in Dunnockshaw Called the boundary garage which seems ok to me ..

I really like your wheels
Could you use the BMW centre caps with them ?

No, the centre cap is what reduces the centre bore of the wheel down to the centre bore of the hub, it's not just an aesthetic cap.. it's a functional part of the wheel.

I guess you could have the surface of the centre cap skimmed and machined with the BMW logo if that was your thing, but clearly that would cost a lot on-top of some already pretty expensive wheels

Id give the above garage a miss unless youve had a personal thumbs up for it (pricey for average service )
Great Harwood is where i take mine (& all other BMWs ive had ) a pal who was a main dealer master tech has his own place there & i can guarantee you wn't get fleeced & he knows the cars inside out
Alternatively Darren Wood (Stockport ) is highly recommended

Thanks for the recommendation, I have no affinity to the garage, it's just 5 mins away and very handy , I think I know the one in Harwood as I pass one every day out there . I'll give the photo bucket app another go and see what happens. Cheers Andy :)
