E85 door speakers (pair)

Hi guys, asking if anyone has a working pair of stereo speakers for the doors (mids?)
I just have the grills and blanking plates and I’m looking to get a genuine set and splice into the tweeter feed cables etc...

Thanks for the link firehobby, only have the basic business head unit and only really looking to add a little punch/midrange for not much outlay, I’ll give it a few weeks waiting and if no luck I’ll look at aftermarket speakers that might fit...
 
Take a look on e-bay, a large number of newer BMWs share the same speaker design / fitment for around £25 per speaker. They will also be newer technology.
 
I've got a pair from a series 1 (100% compatible, as I'm using a pair myself in the same location as you want them for). The bad thing is that I'm located in Spain and shipping might be £10 on it's own. If you're interested I can check what these are selling for and give you a total price.
 
Thanks for the info guys, and Sloan thanks for the offer but think I’ll look to source something in the uk, just easier but thanks for the info about series 1 speakers :thumbsup:

I followed this recently with same speakers (about £45 online). Really easy to splice into the tweeter wires and they make a massive difference to the sound.
