E85 Cruise stalk

If you even know of the whereabouts of one other than new or even new at a discounted price please advise.

Every time I read threads like this I wonder if the stalk for E85/E86 models is exclusive to them.

My old E87 and current E91 seem to use the same stalk, and if they actually are the same I can't help thinking that 1 Series or E9* 3 Series ones might be cheaper!

It can be quite frustrating searching for cruise control stalks on Ebay and seeing all the other models (E46 etc) selling for peanuts, then a Z4 stalk selling at a much higher price. But I guess it's just supply & demand; there's not that many Z4's out there, and even fewer that specified cruise control from factory (meaning fewer available at the dismantlers).

They are different. Cheaper I guess because there are s**t loads of them floating around.
