Is it just me but I can’t see how any of the folks or suppliers on eBay selling the cruise stalk ever sell any at 160 quid or more when they are only 130 quid for genuine from a bmw main dealer.

Searching the sold ones only would suggest they're not selling them for £160+ (not without additional loom anyway), so they're either sat there not selling or those sellers have adjusted the price for other reasons.
Got a discount from sytner bmw oldbury, £124 quid for the stalk so cheaper than all the ones (new and used on fleebay) fitted it no problem and working fine. Surprised there is no “warning” light on the dash when cruise is engaged.
