E85 Convertible Side Covers in BLACK **SOLD**

Having a garage clear out and found a couple of Z bits. These are black and in excellent hardly used condition. There is a tiny scuff on the end of one of the 'nubs' but if you put the second photo in context of the first, in terms of size, its all but invisible, especially when fitted.

They come in their original black storage bag and, to the best of my knowledge, fit both pre- and post-facelift.

I'm not going to be greedy - I know they go for stupid money on eBay but I'd rather give them a chance first to go to someone who loves their car like I did, but for a fair price given their apparent scarcity these days (not to mention what I paid for them!).

So sensible offers+delivery (I estimate £8-10 max for that) please.

PAUL

To avoid toing and froing, and after a brief PM conversation with an interested party, I'm looking for £80 which, given their apparent scarcity and silly eBay pricing, not to mention what I originally paid for them, is a reasonable figure I think.

First to ask gets 'em. NO dutch auctions here :)

For that money they should move soon, although not a desirable as grey ones painted black. They double the value according to some

LMAO! Boot polish would do even better!

Seriously though....these are black and are NOT sprayed or otherwise molested 8)

And if anyone wants them AND the keyring/badge ensemble I posted.....I'll do the lot for £100 delivered.

Do they just pop in?

And I assume they have to be removed when the top goes up?
Yes (with a twist lock to keep them in place) and yes :)

Deal done - thanks Mark

PVR - I moved to our place in France pretty much permanently last year, and given that its in the back of beyond with crappy steep roads the only way in, sadly I'm back to a couple of 4WDs and a Passat estate :( but I still hanker after that wind-in-the-hair experience although I'm finding myself increasingly drawn to a coupe, which I never thought I'd say! So once we've got a few business things settled and sold the house in Wales (where I'm currently sitting out Hurricane Gonzo or whatever it is!), who knows...

Good to see a lot of the old crowd still around - I had some good times on here back in the day.

Good to hear you are still alive though :D I seemed to remember some thread of yours a few years back covered in blood :?

France is indeed a lot different, but I guess that even though the roads are steep etc, they are not as narrow as those sodding roads in Devon with bushes either side ... :x
