Hello from a newbie: got a query for you guys. Mileage part of my instrument cluster is unreadable, have a spare cluster which I swapped over but that held onto old mileage and fault lights.so put my original cluster back in car. Have now dismantled spare cluster right down to the circuit board. I’m guessing the memory chips need to be swapped over for my cars mileage history to be correct??as it’s not a case of removing a screen.as it’s LEDS are part of the main circuit board on a z4;guess my question is what’s the best way to tackle this job? Or can ecu be reprogrammed? Any good advice would be most welcome thanks
