E85 Centre Brake Light - WANTED

Good evening all, I need to replace my 'high level' brake light on my Z4, does anyone have a new or immaculate item available?

Thought I'd ask before paying a visit the local BMW dealer.

Must be genuine BMW and red in colour, not clear.

The dealer doesn’t have them though otherwise I would have bought one. I had to get an eBay one in the end, but is not as good a fit as the oem one

Thanks, the dealership I use told me they were available a couple of months ago. Perhaps they are mistaken.

I won’t be fitting a non genuine one, so a good used one is probably the way forward.

I called them and they said there wasn’t a single one in the country. If you do happen to speak to them, do ask, as I still want to get an oem one (clear)

I’m determined to find a genuine one unfortunately, so I will speak to the dealership tomorrow and see what they can do. Thanks again for your efforts 👍🏻
 
Do let me know as the fit of the aftermarket ones is just not that great so would like to get an OEM as well.
 
Having had no luck at BMW I’m still hunting for one of these if anyone has an undamaged example?

BMW say that they are expecting them to be restocked in the coming months, but aren’t able to give me any indication of when…
 
Blimey, £90+ from BMW, compared to ~£20 for a knock off. There are tons available on line. I have found the fit OK so long as you take your time and make sure the seal is located properly. I’m not sure how much better the OEM ones are, given how many need to be swapped out.

My knock-off clear has lasted significantly longer than the OE.
