E85 Bmw Z4 Stereo upgrade

Hello I have a 2004 Bmw Z4 3.0i w/0 navigation and was curious as to what stereo upgrades that are single din bluetooth that fit into the car? Thank you guys!
 
There are loads - too many to list. You'll need a fascia plate adapter and the appropriate harness adapter and then take your pick...
