difficult to see in the photo but I can't make out the little sensor that is in the rim above the glass for dimming mirrors.
You will need to check exactly what spec you are after; if you have a Z4MR then I'm assuming you have auto wipers for example, so will need a mirror with that wiring. The part number is on a white sticker attached to the metal arm (not visible in these photos). Have a check on RealOEM.com to see.
