Three piece set of brushed aluminium trim for E85/86. Has sport button hole. Reasonable condition but they do have a number of small marks and nicks, more so the centre console (ring and watch bracelet marks). No missing lugs that I can see. Ideal for wrapping or painting, especially if rubbed down and filled prior to lose the imperfections.

£55 inc UK delivery.

Description amended and price adjustment having closely inspected in good light. A good solid base for a interior makeover project!

How easy are they to remove? Need a makeover for mine and these would be a good start for my first attempt of wrapping!!

In the interests of transparency I will first state I am interested in these dash parts as I am learning carbon fibre skinning and have made a boo-boo on my centre console. Tiger78 you are first in the queue, so I have attached my experience of removing these parts to help you decide.

The dash board pieces are easy to remove, although there is a clip behind the long dash section behind the passenger air vent (2 screws) that you need to removed first.
The centre console is a different kettle of fish. You need to remove several screws, two of which are located behind the knee pads in the footwells (very hard to find if you don't know you need to pop the knee pads out first!). You also have to remove the plastic section and storage box between the seat backs. Is a bit of a bind but can be removed in about an hour (keep everything in a plastic box and take plenty of photo's).

If Tiger78 decides he does not want the parts I would be interested in buying them.

I can’t add any useful advice regarding removing them as it was a project I had planned but never got around to. The intention was to paint, cover or wrap them, see how it went and if I was happy with the end result swap them over having not ruined the originals. With the car sold back in the autumn I have no use for these now.

Tiger78 is that an offer to buy, or a passing comment? If not then AveZ4coop is next in line. I’m happy to move over to private messaging to exchange details with either of you if you wish to commit to buy.

That’s very good of you. It’s been four days now and no further comment from him so I’m happy to proceed if you are. :)
