E85 3.0Si F/L

Hi All,

I am new here and I would like to find my first Z4.

I am looking for a manual E85 3.0i or si roadster (N52 engine) after facelift with cruise control, and ideally with no more than 100-110.000 miles.

Would be great with the following too:
Wind deflector
2 keys
FSH
Heated seats
Great engine condition
Working roof motor

Previously written off cars are excluded.

My budget is around £5-6k, I am in London, but I am happy to travel for the right one. I you are thinking about selling please message me.

Welcome to the forum. You won’t get a 3.0Si, but you’ve got a decent chance of finding a 3.0i for your budget. Don’t discount the 2.5Si which is almost as powerful. And don’t hold out for cruise control, which is an easy retrofit.

I would be absolutely happy with 3.0i but I think you are right, I should consider the 2.5si as well. Now I just need to find out how I can edit the title of this topic :oops:
 
Like you, I spent a couple of months looking for a 3.0si, or 3.0i or 2.5si - Reluctantly gave up on the 3.0si, as none worth having below £7.5k at the moment.
I Prefer the look of the F/L so this narrowed it down to a 2.5Si.

Have just bought (3 days ago) a 60,000 mile 2.5Si with FSH in fantastic condition for £5.5K, so be prepared to make a few concessions perhaps. You do have to be quick though - the chap who I bought from could have sold it 3 times in the same night...

As has been said you won't find a 3.0Si in that budget, which may in part be due to less than 1,000 of them being registered in the UK. :o

A 2.5Si is nearly as powerful as a pre-facelift 3.0i and if you find a Sport model it will have the sought-after M-Sport seats - good luck!
 
Agreed on the 2.5si, I wanted a 3.0si but couldn't find the right spec for me. Found the right 2.5si and couldn't be happier. Plus like Mr Tidy said, M-sport seats, are worth it in my opinion!
