E85 3.0 Si manual up to £7k

There weren't too many 3.0Si Roadsters sold in the UK. Tony's database suggests 32 in Phoenix Yellow and 60 in Monaco Blue so you may need to be patient, and willing to travel.

But as you already have a Z4 hopefully that shouldn't be a problem! Good luck with the search.

Hi,

Yes I’m fairly sure I’ll be in for a bit of a wait.... but hopefully it will be worth it

This is a ‘non-negotiable’...has to be an Si E85 (Preferably 3.0) in one of these two colours.
Must be HPI Clear
Must have heated leather Msport seats
Must have a good service history (doesn’t have to be perfect as very few are now)
Preferably Manual... but would consider auto for the right car.

Check, check, check and check, assuming you'd consider a 2.5si car. All details in my project tread https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=108569

Was going to put it up for sale in June after I'm back from Ireland roadtrip (and don't crash), but happy to reconsider. Let me know if interested please.

Hi Tadekk, yep quiet possibly... Can you PM me current mileage and your asking price please.

Has the wheel wobble now gone, no tram lining etc? Feel free to answer via PM

Really widened my search now as manual Monaco blue manual Si’s seem very rare

Maybe you can track the pre-FL 3.0 you had before ;)

Funnily enough, my Mrs is giving me grief for selling that car!

Have a couple of potential Si’s to look at now, one looks to be a Minter with under 50k miles.... so hoping for progress over the weekend 👍

I know of a nice Imola ///M Roadster for Sale - and very close to you too...

Morning Alan,

I have genuinely considered it, but I don’t really want to tie that much money up in a weekend car In the current environment.

It is lovely though, and if things were a bit different we’d be talking

Think of it as an investment Martin

I’ll keep my eye out for an Si for you. One may well come to me for a roof relocation shortly

Thanks Alan,

Personally I think the Si is the ‘sweet spot’ in terms of great performance for relatively modest outlay, but absolutely no doubt a mint Z4M is a much better investment proposition.

I’m going to have a look at an Si that I wouldn’t normally consider this evening. It’s an Si ‘se’ with but with limited spec, however, it’s under 50k miles and two owners from new. Been lowered with Eibach Springs and standard replacement BMW shocks, and apparently ‘always been garaged’.... if it’s minty-mint I might have it and plan in some retro-fit upgrades
