E85 3.0 Milltek catback fit an E86 3.0?

Hi guys!
I was thinking of getting an exhaust for my car and an E85 3.0 milltek cat back has come up for sale.
I just wondered if it would fit an E86 3.0? They do look quite different in shape but wasn't sure if there was excess space to fit on an E86?
Also do the Milltek catback exhausts have a motorway drone?

I owned a full miltek system with 100 cell cats and at motorway speeds it was mildly annoying, At full chat it was B E A U T I F U L !

The hanging wire seems to be in the same place, its just whether the shape will fit or not.
 
The E85 E86 bit is irrelevant, the important bit is the difference between M54 and N52 engines.
