
my exhaust has just started blowing, took it to a mechanic friend who put it on his ramp (see pic) , and it is blowing on the right hand side.
looks like the studs are welded in so will need drilling out - is this something that is straightforward to do, and can it be done in situ ?
any tips or advice welcome

UPDATE - after going to a couple of local exhaust centres and not even being able to get on their ramps, was advised to try Kwik Fit Lodge road in Southampton as they had a pit.
popped in this morning, they said they would have a look, told me what I already knew (studs needed drilling out), the fitter said he`d give it a go - 15 minutes later all done - new bolts , quiet exhaust and NO CHARGE as it was `easy`

Now a happy bunny (and so is my other half)
