E85 2004 Cruise Control Stalk

I think you might struggle to find one on here.
If you do you could try a breaker like Quarry Motors, or I think BMW sell them for just over £100 - Sopers of Lincoln or Cotswold BMW usually give a discount.
I'm not sure when BMW stopped pre-wiring for it but you'd soon find out if yours is wired by taking off the lower steering column cowl to check for the connector. If it isn't there forum member "srhutch" will make up the section of wiring for sensible money.

Thanks for your advice. Mine is a 2004 pre facelift and the connector is already there so all I need is the stalk and a sharp tool to cut the cowl. I’ve see a slip ring set with wash/wipe, indicator and cruise control for c£60 and have asked if it’s suitable so I’ll await a reply before considering a new one as I’ve seen some OEM’s for £120’ish.

Good to hear you have the wiring in place.
I believe you can see the outline of what you need to cut out on the inside of the lower cowl.
Be sure you get the right stalk - as I understand it other BMW ones don't fit, it has to be for an E85/86.
