e85 (2003, 3.0i) oil leak above wheel hub on both sides

Hi guys,
i have oil leaks on both sides above the front wheel hub, anyone know where this is coming from?

How odd, look more like seam sealer been put on there. Since its on the passenger side as well there is nowhere that side engine oil can come from that far across. Maybe worth checking both sides from shock absorber struts for leakage of their oil and finding its way to where you are seeing it.
 
Its where they have sprayed wax into the structure at manufacturing and its leaked out before setting with time. If it bothers you, just clean it off.
 
I have that on my white e89. It’s the waxoyl type stuff they use on assembly. I have left it as it makes the car look genuine. Btw if that’s a 2003 e85 yiu must live in California - certainly not the uk! It’s very clean and rust free
