E85 2.0 to 3.0 conversion

I can’t imagine this is a conversion that anyone would generally bother with, but I guess worth asking….We have a 2008 E85 2.0 in need of some more oomph, and as it is 1) mint and 2) Alpine White, it’s probably going to be easier to convert than try find a 3.0 in the same colour.
Anyone with any experience?

His is white too.
