e46 M3 strut brace with nuts and nut covers
I did start modifying this to fit my 3.0si by making an indent in the brackets to give clearance for the camber pins but ultimately I decided I didn't want it covering my oil filler so I'm selling it. The brackets don't didn't sit flush properly mounting it backwards. Decided to go for an aftermarket brace but this may work for someone with a different engine.

I am in the market for a strut brace, however just wondering about the 'customisation' element already attempted.
Would this fit onto a z4m without having to correct or adjust any of the mounts/fittings?

This will fit your car, but instead of continuing the alteration (which you won't be able to see when fitted) I would take the top of the camber pin off or remove altgether. Much easier than the Op tried.

See mine in the link where I had to do the same.

As stated you don't see it when it's on and I didn't fancy butchering my car compared to a removable modification. I think it's pretty much there if you want to keep with the method I tried.

is this strut the same as yours Srhutch?
just this one looks to have more of an angle in the middle, might just be the angle the pics were taken tbf....
was looking at the e85/e86 oem strut but it is quiet pricey ^^
