NOW SOLD
I'm planning on selling my Z4 and decided to put the original seats back in and sell the M3 seats I fitted a while ago. Price is £350 collected from Somerset (near Weston Super Mare).
A member of the forum came to view the seats and to try them out while still fitted in my car. He ended up deciding to buy them on the spot but couldn't collect immediately. Since then his circumstances have changed and he's said I can offer the seats up to the rest of you.
To save any confusion:
These seats are heated.
Electric adjustments including memory function.
Adjustable support for lumbar and lordosis.
Some pics below, also showing you a comparison between the M3 seats and the standard seats:

They are in very good condition and fully-functional. To fit these seats I had to do the following:
1. Swap the outer seat rail on each seat for my Z4 rail (so that the seat belt could be bolted to the seat). This took approx 10-15 mins per seat.
2. Swap the yellow electrical connector housing over from my Z4 seats so that I could plug the M3 seats into my car loom (no soldering required, only fingers!). This took approx 5 mins per seat.
3. Swap the passenger occupancy sensor over from the Z4 seat to the M3 seat (again, no soldering or electrical work required here). This took approx 5 mins.
4. Swap the seatbelt pretensioners over from the Z4 seats to the M3 seats (single bolt on each side plus two wires to unclip). This took approx 5 mins.
Provided you have electric heated seats already, these are a plug and play swap and are WAY more supportive than the standard seats. As you can see, they also look at least a thousand times better too 8) Headrests are embossed with a subtle M logo (see pic) and can be tilt adjusted. If you have any questions regarding installation I can talk you through it.
