Reallly.... you'd hate working for me, or maybe I'd change your point of view, as I've said to those that work for me they're lucky to have been given a chance to do what they do. Can hear u saying, yeah right... We work hard & play hard, but my people have the opportunity to travel the world at someone else's expense, have a global team that all meet up every 3 months & at least 50% of what I'll be doing next week is unplanned & unexpected. My director's off on hols so suposidly running the show... well the team are, they know what to do, just tell me what I need to know & just ask for the nod if a decision needs to be made.
Sound too good to be true... well worked my nuts off for 14 years just getting by and doing dead end stuff... Then had an opportunity that led to another... that led to another... & bob's yr uncle. The pay's good, but nothing extra fancy, though in any other firm I'd be tied up in red tape, whereas my Director's motto is we make the rules... to the point for a couple of years ago of what I do is not a job and it's not just for Xmas, it's a lifestyle... Am sure it won't last forever, but am gonna make the most out of it while I can.
. As far as I know its in some ofshore account an he pays very little. He has a skill in demand and we have put him on that pedestle, we are the cause .
