DVLA Auction, Worcs, Day3 -

It's day 3 today but I have a day off and the DVLA Auction is only 50 miles up the road, so I thought I'd pop along and see what goes, but also I've previously found the car park to be just as interesting at these events !

There's one I know Marlon would be interested in : 24 RED with a reserve of £1200, and I'm keen to see what a few others achieve.

Silly Prices here today so far, but we seem to be in the middle of Asian type names and they always seem to reach a premium.

145S just went for £25k net (c£32k gross)

I can guess yours Stuartt, so I'll try not to bid against it !!

I didn't buy anything after all and I doubt if Stuartt got his either !! Prices are on the Up !

i was pleased to see that the top Plate at this auction was 111O, at £42k ...especially when my Alpina is 111OJX.
- I dont mind having the extra "JX" bit if it saves me £41k+ !!

Ouch - I recognised it as one of the earliest plates so guessed a lot, but that's serious money. Still if you have millions then why not and its probably a good investment. Was on a metallic red Bentley ..

The guy from RegTransfers went to about £1500 on it, then dropped his hand, so he must have been bidding on someones behalf. He bought in excess of £200k's worth I reckon

Wow I was watching online from Florida on holiday and didn't think I stood much chance.
