Hope to get mine off the camera later but pretty much the same as what has been posted upto now. Plus loads of the planes which I doubt are of interest on here.

Hey all, was wandering about on the day and never got the chance to really meet any of you. Shame I didn't check the forum the day before and saw the posts about bringing lawn chairs - d'oh!

By the time we arrived (late) and parked, we noticed the steward had guided us to the BMW car club, which seemed to be where all the z3s were hanging out.

what a difference a week makes with the weather wet and windy here today unlike like last Sunday warm and sunny

Yeah I'm glad it was last week, its blowing a gale and raining here now.
I can't believe how much I burnt my face and top of my head, all scabby

At the show I noticed someone with a rather modified 3.0si Auto had what looked like the E89 gearstick on it...

What and where and how please :)?

AIUI, you replace the auto knob in the same way as the manual - pull up hard, punch yourself in the eye, swear a bit, fit new knob...

Ah the good ol' tug a knob technique eh?
Yep - sock is optional...

Every credit for inkey owning up to putting a sock on his nob whilst we were all chatting. Only on a winter's day, apparently.
