Wells Gents,

I have been quite keen on my cleaning poducts for a while now and started clay baring last year, I have decided that its time to get a DA and join the detailing forum. Since I have had the car professional detailed am keen to keep the good work up

Any recommendations on a DA ... should I go new or used... am sure there is a 100 threads on this but am after upto date info

Thanks Paza :D

i've got a Megs g220 v2. It's really good if like me you were new to machine polishing and didn't want to go straight to a rotary machine.

I'll be selling my Kestrel DA soon... with Meguiars cutting and polishing agents (unopened) and new pads. I've never got around to using it and intend to use it once to remove some windscreen scratches with cerium oxide (and its own glass cutting pad) before I sell it. Comes with a fab bag to keep it all together too. If you're interested let me know.

Ps Got a Megs G220 dont use anymore but I rate my Festool Rap150 highly.

Meggs g220 here too - i know there are others that are similar but this really is the defacto standard.

I just bought a das6. It's identical to the megs 220 but cheaper. Takes all the same pads etc. thinks the megs is a bit more powerful though.
