Hi, this morning i had a problem with my 2007 Z4 3.0
I went to a near place to wash the car and i left it 40 min after when I pickup the car the brake light stock in yellow and the DSC is off, i try to scan the car and it give me this codes (photos).

I think the guy who wash my car with the washing machine kill the speed sensors what do you think guys?

Sounds like water got in the sensors, give it time to dry off and drive the car for a few miles and see if the lights go off, clear the codes with your scanner and see if they come back.

Sorry to jump on your post. I’ve got something similar, dsc light and brake light, although mine doesn’t say brake. I have a circle with an ! In it.

I’ve done a 120 mile trip and it came on after about 50 miles, nothing unusual about the drive. Any ideas?

If its that sensor then it will be a new one required.

Thanks colb and sgr74. I’ve just checked the car and the lights have gone now. Am i better off getting a code reader? I also read that it could be the dsc hydro unit :(

Hi, this morning i turn on the car and the lights still there, i read a lot of this problem and like 6 things can produce this type of error (batery, sensors on the master cylinder, speed sensors, bad angel of the steering wheel, so maybe its too complicate to fix it in home, i will go to my near bmw dealer and fix it there because i dont to waste money changing pieces and dont fix the car.

Problem fixed, my bmw dealer call me this afternoon and they said the car needs wheels recalibrate 100$ and solved, this sensors are too sensitives.
