Not gonna lie , i was pretty underwhelmed with the DSP Hi-fi on first few listen's , luckily i have been more than happy with the other noises the car makes :driving:
Hence my finding this post tonight via google
So just been sat in car for half an hour playing with the settings & it could be my ears after 28 years in the building game but that set up from the OP isn't doing anything for me
I appreciate we all listen to different music at different level's but i was expecting the system to be a WoW but it wasn't
Anyhow much better now , I chose a rock track that goes high & low plus you can hear the various instruments along the way ( Jupiter & Teardrop by Grant Lee Buffalo) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRLzmUXVMng
& after 5/6 listens & using the OPs settings as a base i have a set up that sounds like the guy is playing live from the passenger seat
may not work for anyone else but at least it does now sound like a premium system
Fader -5
Treble +4
Bass +2
then the DSP set as 80 + 7
200 +2
500 -4
1k -5
2k -3
5k +3
12k +8
