Driving into London tomorrow!

So the moral of this tale is that you must have a screw loose if you want to use your Zed, or do any form of driving in London. :D

A drive to forget but did get a good snap on the way

Ah yes, the Big Ben in Madrid according to your IOS satnav, right? :D

On a week from hell starting tonight, 1am-11am and I've decided to drive there and back  Bit too much of a wuss to go on the tube after midnight :)

Hmm, going into London myself in a couple of hours (train - can't beat the £11 return for a cheap day one instead of the usual £26 peak time one :D ).

Just for an hours meeting ... :x

Thought about the train tonight but working split over 2 days is a hassle for tickets & car parks, so will probably drive again tonight. Getting there is no problem (a little awkward thorough Bank area but should have that nailed after yesterday) but coming home is a massive hassle. 1hr 10 going, 2hrs coming home after avoiding congestion charge.

What would you do, go via city (45 miles, 2hrs) or via M25 (80 miles, 2hrs)?

I take M4 every time to get into London. In no time you are at Harrods and very easy rather than wrestling through the City.

Flimper is going to docklands though I thought :?

If so, A2 then M25 is probably as good a bet as any, should fly round there at midday. Either that or A20 M25

I have no idea where he was going, and with flimper spec, neither does he no doubt

Hmmm. Not exactly 'Harrods'

I'd be tempted to give it a shot round the ring of hell, if only once.
