Had my head out the window whilst reversing the car onto ramps. Accidentally pressed the window switch and caught my head :lol:

Now the window doesn't lower/raise properly and sounds like broken cables turning inside the door.

Do I require a full window regulator or can I get away by just using this repair kit?

IIRC, this is quite a bit more tricky and fiddley to replace than a full replacement regulator.

I can still hear the motor working when the switch is pressed...
 
Better off getting full regulator the kit is a pita to fit from what people on here tend to think,plus the two mechanics that fitted my regulators on 2 different zeds didnt fancy doing the cable kit either,try second hand parts i recently got one from a forum member thats doing a great job
