Drivers side window

Not sure if this is a problem, it may be functioning as designed, but its a right pain.

Basically, the d/s window goes down after i unlock using the key and then as i open the door. As soon as i get in, it goes up.

Its not end of the world stuff, just means my interior gets slightly more wet if its raining so id like to turn it off, any help greatly appreciated :-)

Mine does the same, if you press the unlock button on the key twice,I believe this is programmed into the key so is normal, never had a problem with rain coming in.

If i close the door fast enough it might only get half way. It does seem to be if i press twice, is there a logical reason for this and an easy way to turn off?

its 'comfort entry' or something similar. Its actually quite useful in tight spots with frameless doors. Liked it on my coupe too. Sometimes a bit annoying when you don't hear the car unlock on the first click, so you press again.

don't know if you can disable it, but sods law says if you do, you'll end up the next day with a massive 4x4 parked 6 inches from your drivers side door..

im pretty sure my door sticks out more than the window anyway? Im going to get the remote roof soon anyway so there always that entry option and i usually get in and out of the passenger side when parking  (obviously it depends on the space)

ah, you have one of them fancy opening roof thingies :P

The door does stick out more, but the window gives it height. All I know is I can get in more easily in a tight spot with the window down.
