Drivers/offside RHD dimming mirror

The story is on the forum but this was fitted to my 03 plate instead of a folding mirror.

Ive now got a folding mirror so this is surplus-

Its non folding, but is a 7 wire dimming mirror/heated
Its sold with a titan silver casing but that can be swapped out
There is no dimming mirror glass supplied

So let me get this straight. You're selling a mirror that doesn't....................err...........................mirror?
Aren't there some kind of trading standards about this kind of thing?
