Dreaded water leak!

So after many weeks of searching managed to find my dreaded water leak.. but I have no idea how to solve this one so looking for some help.

It looks like the water is coming through where the air reserc pulls in the fresh air from outside. Pollen filter and cover is soaked, I can clearly see it coming in around what looks like a foam seal? See pictures.

Checked drain channels under the scuttle cover, all clear, very clean in fact.

Also got a leak on the drivers side, new door seal and membrane fitted and still getting a puddle appear in the corner towards the front of the car. Looks like it might be channeling down from the wind mirror area after using some talc

Ok managed to fix the leak from the drivers door.. there was a tiny hole in the butyl holding the membrane on.

One down, one to go..

Check the drains in the front scuttle area, make sure they are free of dirt and leaves

All clear under the scuttle area - the scuttle doesn't sit flush to the windscreen however and 2 of the clips are snapped. Though reading other threads on here its just for cosmetic purposes ?

I have also found a water leak from around the cabin air filter surround. Did you ever cure this and could offer some advice on how best to replace the seal / foam gasket around there?

I would check the seal between the windscreen & body as the scuttle is to assist the water to run back through the engine bay and not in to the cabin
