Drag race crash!

Went to Shakespeares Raceway last Monday to see some drag racing. Had the new camera and a new 55-200 lense. I got theses shots of a funny car crash! He hit the barrier halfway down the strip. It was a bit windy and it could have been a gust of wind that blew him off course. He must have been doing around 170MPH when this happened!!! :o

He walked away!

Glad he's alright, sort of puts me off trying to hit my top speed of 170mph odd
 
Most i've done in any vehicle (that I was driving) 150-160....which was on my test drive of a z4 3.0 back in Germany, while on the autobahn.....top down too.....I think that's when I fell in love with the vert!
 
Ouch!

What will the 3.0i do as a top speed if derestricted? How much does top down make a difference?
