Anyone looked at protecting the underside of the front skirt. On a couple of occasions I have thought it grounded as I went down a steep slope from car parks and although I took it very slowly I can see that there is a risk of grounding.
The part that contacts the ground is not the front bumper. It's the rubber aerodynamic flaps slightly behind the bumper but in front of both front wheels. They are flexible when contacting the ground and not too expensive to replace if it's damaged. Those rubber on my car almost certainly hit the ground when I exit office car park, which is indeed extremely annoying.
Mine grounds all the time. In fact I could see it when they showed me a video under the car. Not visible unless you go under the car so I’m not that fussed. Still try and hit bumps and slopes at an angle to reduce occurrences.
It is lower at the front but there are so many places to catch you out. I have a mult storey I use and whilst I park 'out the way' the ramps are a nightmare. I might get some protective tape for underneath.
