Door won't open - Fixed! See First Post

Hi, I'm another newbie. Got a pax door that is stuck shut. I have the door card half off, but I'm not sure if I can fully remove this with the door closed?
Re the locking mech, the handle and latch inside moves well, but the door won't budge. Is this the locking mechanism that might shop this or just a gummed up latch?

Hello all. I know this is a very old post. I have been struggling for 3 days now with my drivers door locked shut. I am wondering if there is somewhere I can find those pictures that the OP posted. The photo bucket link fails. Thank you very much for any help.

Ok so I found another post on a different forum that solved my problem which I believe is the main reason our doors lock up on us.https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=569960
The explanation is on the 7th post. I reached in through the door panel and was able to move the lever down and then pushed it all the way back up. Happy Reving
