Door not quite hanging correctly

Noticed on my road trip with both sunlight at a certain angle, then accumulated road grime, then looking in drivers mirror that the driver door when latched is 1-2mm lower at the rear than the body line and 1-2 sticking out compared to pax door..can you adjust the strike plate on the door jamb to bring it into line?
