door mirrors....heated?

Sadly I wish these cost £13.

Heated anti glare reactive mirror glass cost me >£200 in a merc a few years back - I'd expect something similarly outrageous on the z4 if I was ever unofrtunate enough to need one.

They are way more expensive than you think if you have the top of the range glass with the liquid crystal stuff in it that reacts to high beams etc from behind.

I bought a replica heated mirror glass for my E89 from a Polish Ebay seller a couple of years ago. It was a straightforward swap and heats as intended. At that time it only costed €17,- or thereabouts
Unfortunately I cannot find his ebay name anymore

you can get an OEM heated mirror glass here (drivers side but passenger side also available here)

It is a heated glass, if you pop your old one off itll have two wires connected if its heated.

The connections get dirty over time and the heat element degrades.

Mine seems to come on whenever its cold but they can be linked to the rear demist switch, my other cars work that way..
