door mirror colours?

I recently saw a grey (similar to my sterling) 3 series BMW with 'burnt orange' colour door mirrors....in a strange kinda way it looked really lovely. Anyone changed their mirror colours to one not matching the car colour and what's your opinions

I've had my sterling grey mirrors covered in carbon for a bit, looks alright.

Tempted to get the lower front of the bumper done

Looked at carbon or gloss black but fancied something a little odd

35is has them as a very light silver as standard, whatever the car colour. Looks quite good.
