Door jammed

Is this small drawer/door supposed to open at the back of the bulkhead as mine is jammed shut with something stuck in the side....

Tried pulling every way and it won't budge.....

Yes it should open.
You could possibly access the rear of it from the boot.
There should be a similar door that can be removed and may let you remove the trapped item.
