Suspected my door card was the culprit for a couple of squeaking noises, so removed and flexed it in various places.
Sure enough, there were a couple of places where plastic was squeaking on plastic where the door card sections are supposedly bonded together.
This was the main culprit - a dimple between 2 panels at the top front of the door. I carefully drilled a hole thru the top panel and sprayed silicon lube down it and worked it in by flexing the panel - squeak eliminated:
Another squeak where the door storage compartment was not properly bonded was also eliminated with a quck spray and a bit of flexing to work it in.
Door card now whisper quiet.
