I've taken out the screws behind the door opener, the two on the handle and the one behind the airbag motif,I've popped all the poppers around the door but still it doesn't want to come off and I don't want to force it.I've tried pulling,lifting and every way I can to get the card off but don't want to force it and wreck the thing. It doesn't want to come off the top of the door. What is the technique for this ?. I know several forum members have removed door cards to tighten up the window motor. Thanks.

Just tried that, I can get the end one un clipped ( far right) but the others seem to be reluctant to release.How many clips are holding it on? I'm amazed at the force I'm applying with no release of the clips. I'm so close to abandoning it and having a dealer empty my wallet as both sides need doing.

Silly question, but why do you need to remove it?
Had exactly the same challenge 3 weeks back when I was fitting sound deadening material. Ended up leaving door card wedged open with a bit of wood and feeding everything from the bottom. Tricky, but happier not to have damaged anything though recon I could reach most of the innards of the door from underneath, bit uncomfortable but still possible

Easiest way is, tweater housing off. put you right hand on side mirror section of the door, left fingers into the gap in the door card left by the tweeter housing and then brace against your right hand and pull with the left. Does require a bit of force, but not too "brutal" or you'll damage it.
As said above, be prepared to break a few of the plastic plugs.

Seems you have all the information you need tomdomthis now. All screws out, tweeter housing off and ensure the lower part is loose.
My favoured method is lift the bottom edge out slightly, slide my fingers behind the door card up towards the window then use them to just lever it away at 90 degrees from the window. Fingers don't slip or scratch...
