Don't black cars just get dirty all the time GRR

If I bought a black car i would definately get it professionally detailed/paint corrected as soon as possible, and then try and maintain it myself.

That is what I am going to do.I am booking it in to Off Your Marks in Warrington.Hopefully it will look good.Matthew says he has detailed lots of Ruby black Z4s and they really look good after detailing.

I really like Silver Z's as i feel it really shows up all the funky angles of the bodywork nicely, but am being drawn in more by black ones every day. I love washing my car, so that won't be a problem, it's just the thought of seeing every new scratch and stone chip that would annoy me

yep thats exactly the problem with black mate!!!!! :headbang:

Does anyone find blue a pretty bad colour for looking dirty? I dont know whether it is just all of this pollen that is about but mine seems to be dirty straight after I have cleaned it!

I don't find the Interlagos Blue too bad in that department. It's definitely not as bad as black at showing dirt, but I've had other cars that are better too. The best color I've had for hiding dirt was on my last car, a Sparkling Silver (champagne) Mini Coop. Couldn't wait to sell it tho.
