Took my ZMC down to the New Forest for a night for my wife's 40th. Thought I'd give it a nice gentle run after having con rod shells replaced.
Great trip down there and parked it overnight in a good spot so no one could hit it with theirs..
Got up in morning and was sadly excited about driving to Bucklers Hard and Beaulieu.
Jumped in car and turned the key, click. Tried again, click. Battery dead as a dodo.
Found a kitchen ported to give a push to no avail. Plumber towed me a bit, nothing. Then the elderly maintenance man offered a jump start from his old Vauxhall pickup. Started 1st turn and thoughts of an expensive call to BMW quickly faded and we had a great drive back. Love it!!
